Our second time using Swallow Glazing. Highly recommend them - highly knowledgable and gave us great advice and support from start to finish in choosing and installing Juliette balconies on the back of our house. As an example of how they go above and beyond, two of the glass panels that arrived were very slightly the wrong size (manufacturer error). I would have expected most companies to have to re-order the glass and come back at a later time fitting us in between jobs. Instead one of the team made a seven hour round trip to collect the right glass and install the next day. So job delivered well on time! They have a can-do attitude and are just a really nice bunch who are a pleasure deal with and work courteously around the house. We had a shattered pane of double-glazed glass in our wooden conservatory removed and replaced with a new glass pane by Swallow Glazing. The team removed the shattered pane very effectively by putting tape on the glass to stop it breaking-up and took it out whole, without a single bit of glass dropping into our house. They then kindly repaired some of the wood around the frame before putting the new glass in. A very expert job, with no mess and such lovely people. Swallow glazing installed a new front door & side panels to my house in Windsor. Also new kitchen windows. From start to finish Darren  and Marion were very helpful and patient with our various questions. The work was carried out quickly and with great attention paid to keeping the surrounding area clean and tidy. On completion, the "FENSA" inspection showed up some missing sealing work, which was immediately attended to by Swallow the next day. We recently had the team from the Swallow Glazing Company come install new double glazing windows in our flat, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and stress-free, thanks to the outstanding service provided by the team. The workmen were professional. They showed up on time every single day, ready to work with a positive attitude and a high level of expertise. Their courteous demeanor made the experience all the more pleasant. It was clear that they took great pride in their work, and this was evident in the meticulous way they handled the installation. Kane, Tommy and Ben impressed me with their commitment to cleanliness. After each day, they ensured that my home was left tidy, removing any debris and cleaning up thoroughly. This attention to detail was much appreciated and made the entire process far less intrusive than I had anticipated.
