I recently contacted Swallow Glazing Ltd to remove a glass partition, and from start to finish the experience was excellent. From the initial quote and booking stage with Marion to Darren and Andrew arriving on site to carry out the work, it was an absolute pleasure dealing with the whole team. The schedule was tight to avoid disrupting the normal working day, but their efficiency never compromised their high standards or professionalism. Darren and Andrew got straight to work, went above and beyond, they removed the partition so seamlessly that you would never have known it had been there. They even helped move furniture into place and left the room spotless. This is a fantastic business, clearly run with pride, dedication and top-quality workmanship. Great service. Quick response and repair time Excellent staff and quality of work Explained what was the issue and the available solutions for two double glazed doors with broken locks and out of alignment. We are really happy with our new front door from Swallow Glazing. We wanted a smart, secure door with a glazed sidelight to allow light into the hall. Darren recommended one that ticked all the boxes. Speaking with him beforehand helped us get exactly what we wanted. We have found that Swallow Glazing have great experience of fitting all sorts of windows and doors and we have used their services many times and always been delighted with the results. They are experienced, skilled, efficient and cheerful, coping successfully with all sorts of problems that inevitably crop up as the work is undertaken. They have always been punctual, kept to the agreed quote and cleared up all the rubbish afterwards.
